  2. Settings
  3. User Management

To access the System Users section you must be a "Super Administrator"and be logged into the system otherwise you will see a message informing you that you do not have sufficient access rights to see this page. If you think this is an error please contact us for support.

This section displays the users on your system. You will see:

  1. A readonly field with first name. This can only be edited by the user themselves.
  2. A readonly field with last name. This can only be edited by the user themselves.
  3. A readonly field with the username. This cannot be changed. To change it the user must be deleted and re-entered.
  4. A readonly field indicating if a password has been set. This can only be edited by the user themselves.
  5. An email field which can be edited. We recommended every has a unique email set. This is required to use the password reset function on the login page if needed.
  6. An Edit link.

(To edit the name or password of a user they should click their name that shows in the top right corner of the screen.  This will take them to a section where they can make any edits.)

Click "Update"to save any changes to the existing records. Click "New", fill out the fields, then click "Add" to save the new entry. Click "Delete" the follow the prompts to delete an entry.

To edit the access levels and associated practices of the user click Edit. There are then five options granting different access levels. Basic is not currently used by the system. Clinical gives access to the clinical records screen and the ability to print patient records. Admin gives access to most sections of the Settings section. Full Financials gives access to the financial data visible in the Reports section. To limit the financial access to certain practitioners see below. Super allows the user to add or delete other users or modify their access level and access to the financial data.  It also allows access to the creation and management of API Keys.

When you click Edit you will also see a list of practitioners and "All". To enable the user to access the financial data for all practitioners click All. To limit it to one practitioner, tick the box for that practitioner. You may want to do this to create a user for a practitioner that only has access to their financial data and not that for the entire clinic.

Finally there is a section to associate users with a particular practice. This is primarily for customers using the multi-practice facilities.  Tick the relevant boxes.

Click Save to save any changes. Click Back to close without saving.
