Note: Medipass is an Australian service and as such is only available for Australian customers.
To activate Medipass, click on the Settings menu option on the top right of the page, then select System Configuration from the lefthand side menu options.
In the Medipass section insert your Medipass API key. The key can be found on your Medipass dashboard. Details on finding it are here. Copy and paste the key into the field in iconpractice.
Medipass works by sending an invoice to the patient for approval and payment via the app on their smartphone. If the invoice is declined or fails to get a response after 15 minutes (and is auto-cancelled), you will be notified via an alert on the diary page.
If you also wish to be notified when invoices are approved, tick the "Show notifications on diary for approved invoices."
Finally click Save. Medipass will now be enabled in iconpractice. When you now go to enter a payment for a transaction you will see the "Submit to Medipass" button.
