In addition to sending emails from the appointment options in the diary you can also email from the "Send" section of the patient details.
If the patient doesn't have an email address saved on file you will see a message asking you to enter one first. Otherwise either choose a template from the drop down list or enter your subject and main body of the email. Email templates are set under Settings->Email Templates
You can add an attachment by clicking the Choose Files button and selecting the files you wish to send. To send the email click Send.
A record of the email and the content will be saved in the patient's log. Note: attachments are not saved in the system.
Emails will be sent from the default email address set under Settings->System Configuration. If no default email is set, they will be sent from our support@ email address.
