You have 2 options by which to search. At the top is a quick search box. To use this begin typing either the patient’s first or last name. This will bring up a list of matches. Click on the name that matches the one for which you were searching. This will take you to that patient’s details.
Alternatively you can use one of the search fields under the “Search for a Patient by:” heading. You can complete as many or a few fields as you wish. You can also search by any of the criteria in the “Select other:” drop down list. You can also order the results by the date they joined the practice (most recent to least recent), or by last name. Leaving all fields blank and clicking the “Search” button will return a list of all patients in the practice. To view the details click the “View” link associated with that result.
