Patient Details screen

On the details screen you will see the fields containing the patient’s details. To alter these simply click in the field and edit it accordingly, or select from the drop down list. Once you have completed any changed click “Update” to save the changes.

There is also a drop down list to set a default appointment type for the patient and a field to enter comments or other miscellaneous data about the patient. The Invoice Comment field below that is for any details that you need printed on the invoice that are unique to that patient, such as referring GP details etc. Third party payer details should be entered through the Accounts screen.

At the bottom of this screen is a list of past and scheduled appointments for this patient. Double click on an entry to view it in the diary.
