When you reach an individual patient record you will see a series of fields holding the patient’s details. Across the top or down the side depending on the screen is a navigation bar for the patient record.
At the time of writing the options in this navigation menu are:
- Details. The patient details screen, enter payments and transactions, past and scheduled appointments
- Account. The patient’s transactions details, enter payments and transactions, print statements and invoices, delete transactions, and update third party payer details.
- Communications Preferences. Make non-clinical notes on the patient, set whether the patient will receive reminder SMS/emails and birthday SMS’s from the system, archive the patient and print their clinical records.
- Records. The patient’s clinical record.
- Letters. Create letters about the patient and print as a pdf copy.
- Upload and attach a file to the patient's record.
