This menu option enables you to print a receipt from the diary.
Left click on an appointment, then click the Receipt button. A window will pop up (if nothing happens you may have pop ups blocked - click here to find out how to solve this).
Select the transactions you want on the statement and click "Print". Either print or save the pdf statement that is produced. Either print or save the pdf statement that is produced. Tick the "Email the statement as well?" box to email the statement to the patient (only visible when the patient has a valid email address in the system).
You can also quickly print a receipt when entering a transaction from the diary. Just tick the "Print Receipt" option above the "Save" button and the statement window will open with that day's transactions for that patient when you press Save.
