Marking Appointments as Arrived

Left click on an appointment, then click the Arrived button. 

Selecting this option on the menu will mark the appointment as the patient having arrived in the clinic. It will change the appointment to the colour defined in the calendar configuration settings (gold by default). If you make a mistake, just select arrived a second time and it will return the original state.
