Group Receipt/Family Receipt

To access this left click on an appointment, then click the Group Receipt button.  A window will pop up (if nothing happens you may have pop ups blocked - click here to find out how to solve this). 

Select the people you want on the statement and click "Print". Either print or save the pdf statement that is produced. Tick the "Email the statement as well?" box to email the statement to the patient (only visible when the patient has a valid email address in the system).

The address on the receipt will be for the individual that you clicked on to access the receipt. This receipt option only includes people who have already had a transaction entered and who are attending on that day. If you have not yet entered their payment they will not show on the list of people you can include.

The receipt will also only include transactions from the date of the appointment. To include other dates you will need to print a normal receipt.
