Left click on a new patient appointment, then click the Enter Details button.
This will bring up a dialogue box enabling you to enter their details in the system. The system will pre-complete the first name, last name, phone and email boxes if it has this information. Otherwise the fields should be self-explanatory.
If the patient has completed an online form with their details, many of the fields will be pre-filled.
Click “Add” to save the details, otherwise “Cancel” to exit the dialogue.
