The reports enable you to extract information about your practice from the system. Depending on the report you can select date ranges for the report (click on the red calendar icon to bring up the date picker), practitioner the report should be on, an whether summary details or full details are required.
By default the Practitioner option only includes active practitioners. To show deleted practitioners, head to Settings->Practitioners and tick the "Show deleted practitioners for Reports" checkbox.
