This report shows people who have attended for an appointment during the selected dates but have not rebooked at anytime in the future (even outside the selected dates). It is designed to help you track people who have dropped out of care.
The report details the number of patients who have not rebooked compared to the total number of visits during the period. A percentage for this figure is given. If this percentage gets too high you may want to look at your in-office procedures to improve compliance to your recommendations.
Below this the report lists each person who has not rebooked along with their contact phone numbers to make follow up easy.
