SMS Settings

The section is where your settings for sending SMS's are stored.

To be able to send SMS messages you need to add credit to the system. Do that in this section. You can save card details to be used for auto-recharge of your credit balance.

In addition to the details above, this is where you define the settings for sending SMS's and Email reminders.  Options include:

1. Whether to send an birthday message to people on their birthday. Empty or default dates (01/01/1970) are not sent a message.
2. Send email reminder configures whether to send the appointment reminder via email.
3. Reminder SMS frequency allow you to exclude people who have only recently booked or changed an appointment. E.g. if set to 7, everyone who has booked or changed their appointment in the last 7 days will NOT receive an SMS.  Set this to 0 if you want everyone to receive an SMS, or Never to stop the sending of SMS's.
4. SMS/Email Reminder Send At sets the time that the reminders are sent out. This is done the day before the appointment.
5. If enabled, Send only one reminder will only send a reminder for the first appointment for that patient on a given day.
